1st “WingBio Scholorship” Ceremony

 

June 16, 2018, the 1st award ceremony of "WingBio Scholorship" was held in Yihaijiali Auditorium in Food Science and Technology School, Jiangnan University. General Manager Yin Jun and R&D Director Chen Qinyun from Wing Biotech, Assistant Dean Zhang Wen of Food Science and Technology School, Professor Hua Yufei, Associate Professor Kong Xiangzhen, Chen Yeming from Oil and Plant Protein Research Center, technician Zhang Caimeng and Counselor Cao Shuhui attended the award ceremony.

 

 "Wingbio Scholorship" is a 10-year-long scholarship for Food Science and Technology School of Jiangnan University, used to award outstanding students and aid financial difficulty students. The scholarship aimed to nurture more talents in food and pet food industry, and to incentivize students to work hard, strive for innovation and excellence.

 

During the award ceremony, Dean Zhang Wen made the welcome speech. He expressed gratitude for Wing Biotech and made congratulations to the sponsored students. He mentioned that as an alumnus of Food Science School, General Manager Yin Jun with his scholarship, not only encourages students to grow to be talents materially and spiritually, but also embodies strong sense of social responsibility same as Jiangnan University Food Science School.

 

Following was the speech by general manager Yin Jun of Wing Biotech. He said as a senior alumnus, he has expectations on fellow schoolmates, that one day they can all grow to be excellent food researchers, and through the mutual effort, the dream of powerful food industry nation could come true. He also hopes that the sponsored students could remain grateful, keep on studying to scale new scientific height and to serve motherland in the future.

 

Then comes to the next part—award ceremony. R&D director Chen Qinyun from Wing Biotech announced the award list. The honored guests and leaders presented awards to sponsored students.

 

At last, student representative Zhang Hao made speech. Firstly, he expressed most sincere thanks to Wing Biotech, and then declared that he will engrave the movement by Wingbio Scholorship and promised to inherit Jiangnan Food people's energy.

 

Thus, the first "Wingbio Scholorship" award ceremony ended successfully.

 

"Wingbio Scholorship" is not only a simple present for Alma Mater, it also represents the aspiration of Wing Biotech for future food industry talents, and the humble effort Wing Biotech makes to promote China's global impact for made-in-China food and pet food.
